KSD 25 SOLAR TUNNEL DRIER :
The KTD-25 Multipurpose Tunnel Dryer features an 8 sq. meter solar energy collector and is designed to operate on DC power. It includes six fans powered by a 250W solar panel, allowing it to function as a standalone system without the need for AC supply. However, it can also switch to a hybrid mode when grid power is available. The dryer is equipped with an electric heater as a backup, which operates on AC power and is controlled via a temperature controller. Additionally, two 4-inch AC axial fans are integrated to ensure consistent airflow through the heater when it is in use.

KSD 25:
This dryer uses air heating based technology and is ideal for small, individually owned businesses. It is ideal for drying fish, fruits, vegetables weighing 25 kg on wet basis i.e. weight before drying. Capacity may vary depending on the product size (e.g. small vs large fish) and the number that can be accommodated in a tray. Some of our typical customers for this model also have their own flour mills and use it to dry coriander seeds, chillies etc before grinding/powdering them. This model comes with a temperature controlled backup heater and it is equipped with dampers that need to be manually operated to remove excess moisture.

KSD 50 & 100:
These are our smaller industrial models ideally suited for small-medium sized businesses. This dryer uses air heating based technology and is great for drying fish, fruits including grapes, vegetables including chillies, spices. KSD 50 is ideal for drying 50 Kg wet basis i.e. weight before drying and KSD 100 for 100 kg on wet basis. It comes equipped with automated fan & dampers to improve drying efficiency.

KSD 250 and 500:
These models use water heating based technology and are ideal for industrial and larger scale businesses. It has been designed to allow users to control temperature & humidity. It also provides high efficiency drying as insulated hot water extends the overall drying time without needing backup heaters by 2 hours at night as well. As the name suggests, KSD 250 can accommodate 250 gg on wet basis i.e. weight before drying and KSD 500 up to 500 kg on wet basis.

KSD 1000:
This model uses water heating based technology and is ideal for industrial and larger scale businesses. The dryer uses a 20 ft marine container and hence has a modular design that can be installed anywhere (indoor or outdoor). It can accommodate up to 1000 kg on wet basis.
