I was using kraftwork solar water heater for a long time since 2010.I am very happy to say it was perfectly working with out any failure all the time.It never gives any problem or maintenance.Only on my interest recently carried out a preventive check, but nothing was noticed except a minor joint flange leak.On contacting them there response was very positive and friendly also they depute 2 technicians to attend the preventive check even I am residing at Trivandrum.I wish them all the best.
